JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are based in Nässjö and are looking for someone who wants a long-term role where you can develop and thrive over time. The position combines work on-site in Nässjö with field travel, and our goal is to distribute the work approximately half in the field and half at our home base in Nässjö. As a traveling electrician, what we at Infranord call a Field Technician, you work in a team and are responsible for planning, leading, and performing electrical and signal work in the field. Your work includes: • On field assignments: detailed planning of work, installation of equipment, and testing and commissioning of electrical and signal installations. • When needed, troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical components in the system. • Performing assembly and installation of electrical and signal equipment in Components' workshop in Nässjö between field assignments. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with electrical technical training from upper secondary school or equivalent. A Class B driver's license is required, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience with: • Troubleshooting electrical power and automation systems. • Low-voltage installations. • Railway or contracting industry. For the right person, we will provide training and invest in your development through knowledge in remote control and signal technology. The goal is to become a remote control inspector.
