JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, development, and delivery within basic maintenance Stockholm North. The contract generates 150-200 Mkr annually and includes approximately 60 employees. The operation extends geographically along the East Coast Railway, from Ulriksdal to Storvreta. You are responsible for planning, finance, quality, work environment, and safety. The role combines strategic and operational leadership, and you are part of the management team for the Business Manager Area Maintenance South. The work location is Arlandastad. Travel is part of the job. Main Areas of Responsibility • Lead the contract from start to final inspection • Plan and follow up on operations and maintenance in all contract components • Ensure quality, work environment, and proper documentation • P&L responsibility and monitor results and forecasts • Build and develop a strong team with high competence and work satisfaction • Drive improvement work and develop methods in collaboration with Trafikverket QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a confident, clear, and business-minded leader with a strong ability to create stability, structure, results, and engagement in complex organizations. You lead with calm, are pedagogical, and can explain decisions in a way that creates understanding and direction. You are responsible and have good financial understanding, with the ability to manage and follow up operations against set goals. You are relationship-building and skilled at establishing trust in collaboration with customers and external parties. Furthermore, you enjoy developing working methods step by step and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience as a leader within a relevant industry (e.g., railway or industry) • University or college degree, for example as an engineer or within economics, or other specialization • Experience leading contract or maintenance projects • Documented personnel management experience • Strong understanding of finance, project management, quality, and work environment • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Experience working systematically with documentation and follow-up Merits • Experience from railway • Collaborative contracts • Contract law (AB/ABT) • Bas U, BAM Employment Type: Permanent position.
