About the Position We are now seeking an experienced HR consultant with a focus on recruitment for Pensionsmyndigheten in Stockholm. The assignment involves supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from developing job specifications and designing job postings to selection, interviews, reference checks, and communication of decisions. The work is carried out in accordance with the established recruitment process and staffing decisions. You will work independently with your own recruitment assignments and be part of a recruitment team consisting of five experienced colleagues. Together, you will contribute to ongoing operations under the leadership of the manager responsible for the recruitment function. Assignment Period and Scope: The position as HR consultant in recruitment is a full-time consultant assignment starting 2026-09-02 and is expected to run until 2026-10-09 with the possibility of extension until 2026-12-31. The work location is Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days per week according to individual agreement with the responsible manager. Requirements for the Position: • University degree in, for example, human resources management or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of professional experience from similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent and five (5) years of professional experience as an HR generalist or equivalent. • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of HR systems (for example, Heroma, Primula, etc.) • Knowledge of recruitment tools (for example, ReachMee, etc.) • Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Merits for the Position: - Experience recruiting for specialist positions such as managers, IT, etc. - Very good knowledge and experience of recruitment using the competency-based recruitment method. - Current experience with recruitment in the public sector with good understanding and application of merit and competence - Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the employment process within public administration. - Current experience with searches via LinkedIn, Recruiter, or similar.
