Job Description
You will join our section for real estate projects and technical safety, where you report directly to the section manager and have a unique opportunity to help create something new. Together with us, you will build a strategically important function that strengthens our project management—a role where your work has direct impact on how we handle our real estate projects and security issues.
In your daily work, you will work closely with our project managers, unit managers, and section manager to ensure that our projects maintain high quality, stay within budgets, and manage risks in a structured manner. With support from our finance department and in collaboration with our real estate economists and real estate controllers, you will become a key player in creating order and control in our project portfolio.
Your role is multifaceted and requires both analytical rigor and operational drive. You support project managers by, among other things, reviewing and monitoring financial calculations, developing a key metrics framework, and preparing decision-making materials for lease agreements. At the same time, you ensure that our projects comply with internal guidelines, financial models, agreements, and financial reporting, creating confidence and transparency throughout the project finance flow. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
An academic degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on economics, or other education or work experience that the employer considers equivalent
Experience working as a project controller or similar role with construction projects
Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience with similar tasks in public sector operations
Experience with project management systems (Hypergene, Antura, Avima, Primavera, or similar)

You need to be able to organize and prioritize your tasks so they are completed on time and with high quality. Employment:
This is a permanent full-time position and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
