Responsibilities As a transport coordinator, you will be part of a team of 14 people. In the role, you will receive thorough training and work closely with others on your team during your onboarding period. The responsibilities include receiving calls and emails from customers regarding transport bookings. You then plan and execute a transport service where parameters such as route, transport method, and packaging materials are customized according to the customer's wishes and the product's specifications. You will also help customers with customs documents and communicate with the freight carrier who then collects the shipment.
