We welcome all applicants regardless of background and life situation. 💼 Responsibilities As a customer service representative at PreZero, you will be an important part of the customer service team where you have daily contact with customers via phone and email. You are responsible for receiving, handling, and following up on incoming inquiries related to PreZero's waste management and recycling services. The role involves both service and administration, ensuring that customer questions, orders, and follow-ups are handled in a professional and efficient manner. You will work closely with your colleagues in customer service and other internal departments to create a smooth and high-quality customer experience. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and become part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and service are in focus. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00–16:00. Responsibilities As a technical printer at Rolling Optics, you will work with the manufacturing of micro-optical films – an advanced process where precision, accuracy, and technical interest are central. In this role, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure that products meet high quality standards. The work encompasses both production and process responsibility, as well as other tasks that contribute to the overall manufacturing chain. You will work full-time producing according to orders, performing development testing, carrying out service and maintenance on production equipment, and preparing manufactured material for delivery.
