Responsibilities
As a freight forwarder at Hillebrand Gori, you will be part of the Europe team that ensures Hillebrand's customers' shipments are delivered on time and with high quality. You have overall responsibility for the entire flow—from order placement to invoicing—and ensure that each delivery meets internal requirements for quality, lead time, and cost-effectiveness. In close collaboration with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and customers, you drive processes forward in an efficient and structured manner.
You deliver an end product that, beyond transportation, meets customer expectations. Hillebrand strives for their customers to feel secure knowing they always have up-to-date information and that any deviations are communicated and handled quickly and effectively. The role also includes consulting, handling ad hoc requests, financial monitoring, and deviation management—always with customer satisfaction and service in focus.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
At least one year of experience in a similar role as freight forwarder
Good computer skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you enjoy taking own initiative and improving and developing in your work. You demonstrate commitment and communicate well with customers as this is a major part of the work. Additionally, you have a positive attitude toward your work, you easily collaborate with others, and work proactively to achieve team goals. Finally, qualities such as precision, creativity, quality awareness, and strong customer focus are valued.
