Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer-facing system solutions that support DHL Freight's product and business processes. You work throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to release, operations, and further development. The role involves a clear Nordic perspective where you adapt solutions according to regional strategy and local conditions.
An important part is understanding customer needs and translating them into functioning technical solutions, while ensuring structure, methodology, and cost control in projects. You also drive the development of e-solutions and contribute to increasing digital security.
Examples of responsibilities:
Drive delivery of customer-facing IT and integration solutions from requirements to production
Responsible for translating business needs into concrete system solutions
Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or equivalent work experience
Experience with integration solutions and APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
Experience with modern development environments
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you are technically curious and enjoy learning about new solutions and ways of working. You have a business perspective and can connect technology to actual customer value.
You enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable in the dialogue between technology and operations. At the same time, you have integrity and dare to question solutions, make decisions, and drive work forward. You have a structured way of working and can both zoom in on details and take a step back to see the bigger picture.
