Executive Chef

Man in the Moon - recognized as one of Sweden's best beer restaurants - is expanding its operations to larger premises and is now seeking a passionate Executive Chef to lead, develop, and inspire our kitchen team. This is an operational executive chef position that also includes administrative responsibilities, as well as kitchen and concept development. The position offers a varied schedule including day and evening shifts, as well as weekends. With us, you'll find many challenges as we serve a daily lunch during the day and offer an enjoyable à la carte menu in the evenings. Additionally, we highlight certain regions in our cooking 3-4 times per year through selected food and beer festivals as well as a Christmas smorgasbord.
