With us, you will be...
...an important part of our offering within workplace strategy and change management. You work together with other consultants and take significant responsibility for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data from various sources. This might include information from occupancy measurements, employee surveys, HR data, and other operational data that together create a deeper understanding of how the workplace functions. You transform analyses into insights that help our customers make better decisions and develop both their work methods and work environments.
Who are you?
You're curious, analytical, and enjoy understanding connections that aren't always obvious. You thrive when combining structure with problem-solving and enjoy making complex information understandable. We'd like to see that you have:
several years of experience from management consulting, business development, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
a strong interest in data analysis and how data can be used for better decision-making
good analytical and logical abilities as well as experience structuring and visualizing information
academic education, such as a degree in engineering or business
curiosity about AI and how new technology can streamline analyses and create even greater customer value
good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
