Highly Experienced Tiler / Supervising Tiler We are seeking a highly experienced tiler who wants to take on a key role in our company. This position is perfect for you if you have solid experience in tiling work and also have knowledge in estimation, quotation work, and supervision. About the Position In this role, you will work both practically and administratively. You will be responsible for preparing quotations and estimates for tiling work, meeting with customers, planning projects, and when needed, serving as a supervisor on site. You should be able to work independently, make decisions, and ensure that work maintains high quality and is completed according to schedule. Responsibilities Perform skilled tiling work Prepare quotations and estimates for tiling projects Plan materials and labor resources Contact customers and clients as needed Act as a supervisor and coordinate work on site when necessary Ensure quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment We Are Looking for You If You Have several years of documented experience as a tiler Have experience preparing quotations and estimates Can read blueprints and plan projects Are self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented Have strong leadership and coordination skills Speak Swedish Have a B driver's license We Offer A responsible and varied position with great opportunities to make an impact Stable employment in a growing company Short decision-making processes and friendly colleagues Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Does this sound like the right challenge for you?
