Role Description As an IAM specialist with us, you'll be a key person in building our identity platform. You'll enter a situation where the foundation exists, but where structure, process support, and a cohesive identity domain now need to be shaped and further developed. The role is broad and combines hands-on work with strategic thinking. You'll work hands-on in our environment while also helping set direction for how the identity and access management area should develop into a more coherent and automated whole. In this role, you will: Take active responsibility for building and structuring AD, PKI, and the identity platform, as well as design and standardize identity and access management models Develop and implement IGA-related solutions and processes to automate and quality-assure identity and access management Contribute to technical decisions within identity and access management and security architecture Work in a complex hybrid environment where on-premises and cloud-based solutions interact The role involves close collaboration with other technical specialists in the Digitalization Division as well as dialogue with the business, where you help ensure that the right access is granted to the right person in a secure and efficient manner. Your Profile and Background We're looking for someone with solid and broad experience in IAM, which allows you to quickly get up to speed in our environment and help develop and structure the area forward. You're motivated by working in a context where you get to help shape solutions, working methods, and structure. As a person, you're driven and take ownership of your areas of responsibility. You thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, design, and implementation, and you work well with different functions in the organization. Experience-wise, we see that you have: Solid experience in the IAM field Strong knowledge of Active Directory (structuring and further developing access management models in large environments) Good knowledge of scripting and automation, such as PowerShell Understanding of how identities and access are managed in a complex IT environment It's a merit if you also have experience with: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and automated provisioning/deprovisioning PKI and certificate management Relevant regulations and frameworks such as NIS2 and Zero Trust principles Furthermore, fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
