Backend Developer at Diffinder

Now we're scaling up and looking for a Backend/Fullstack Developer who wants to join us on our continued growth journey! Your Responsibilities As a developer with us, you'll work in a small, cohesive team where we iterate quickly and make decisions close to both our customers and product. The focus is on backend development, but you'll also have the opportunity to expand into areas such as DevOps, AI, and test development depending on your interests and experience. You'll have significant influence over both solutions, technology choices, and how we develop the team moving forward. You will, among other things: Build and further develop backend solutions in Rust Work with our event-driven and message-based architecture Be part of developing scalable solutions with a focus on performance, quality, and user value Participate in the entire development process – from idea and design to implementation and improvement Contribute new perspectives and explore new technologies and working methods Your Profile We believe you have: A degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant field At least 5 years of experience in backend development Experience programming in Rust, C++, or similar languages Experience with distributed systems or an interest in event-driven architecture Very strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merits: Experience with event-driven systems or event-driven architecture Knowledge of DevOps and/or AI solutions Experience in test development To thrive with us, we believe you are someone who likes to get things done.
