As a cybersecurity specialist at EnlightSec, you play a crucial role in strengthening security in our customers' operations, both operationally and strategically. Our customers, large and small, operate in different sectors and industries, which means work tasks vary depending on customer requirements and conditions. We do everything from various forms of security assessments and audits to customized workshops and information security initiatives. Regardless of customer and assignment, we always strive to deliver top-class solutions, every day. Your Responsibilities EnlightSec is now taking the next step in its development – building a new business area within information security, where we see great demand and potential to create something truly strong. In this role, you will initially work primarily operationally as an information security consultant on assignments for our customers. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to gradually grow into working on developing and managing a new business area focused on subscription-based services. In your operational role, you are responsible for driving assignments from start to finish, from needs analysis and planning to implementation and follow-up. Here you work closely with customers in senior settings, often with management teams, where you contribute structure, advice, and practical implementation in areas such as ISO 27001, risk management, and regulatory compliance, such as NIS2. In parallel, you help develop and package our offering within subscription-based services, such as vCISO and security management as a service. You become an important representative for the area and help shape how we work long-term with our customers, in close collaboration with our sales team and other colleagues. The role will develop over time, from a greater operational focus to increased responsibility for the business area, where you will have great opportunity to influence direction, offerings, and working methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a solid foundation and relevant experience in information security. You are confident in customer interactions and can translate regulations and requirements into concrete business value. Most importantly, you want to continue developing within the field and have the potential, drive, and interest to build up the business area with us. You don't need previous experience building a business area or working through the entire chain from proposal to delivery. We would like to see that you meet several of the following experiences and competencies: Relevant post-secondary education in IT, information security, or similar At least three years of experience in information security work, preferably in a consulting role Practical experience with ISO 27001/27002, risk management, and governance An interest in business and motivation to develop offerings and customer relationships Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience with vCISO arrangements, subscription-based services, or developing offerings and operations is a merit, but we also welcome you who want to take the next step and be part of such a journey.
