Your Responsibilities As a member of the Talent Acquisition Center, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from developing job requirements and writing job descriptions to posting announcements, meeting with hiring managers, conducting interviews, assessments, security assessment interviews, and reference checks. You will support Saab's managers and HR colleagues, using your expertise in candidate assessment to help find the right person for the right role. Since Saab operates in the defense industry, you will also work with security perspectives, which adds an additional dimension to your work. In addition to recruitment work, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in an area you are particularly passionate about. This could include systems issues, employer branding, process improvement, or security matters. You will also actively work to generate interest among and identify candidates within the target groups for Saab's development unit. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Manage the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job requirements to hiring Work proactively and build relationships within relevant target groups Develop and post customized job announcements and manage candidate screening and interviews Conduct competency-based interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, and security clearances when needed Provide strategic and coaching support to hiring managers and HR Work analytically and data-driven to track recruitment outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes Contribute to and drive improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, such as processes, tools, or methods Build and maintain networks and strengthen our long-term workforce planning Your Profile We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR, behavioral science, or another relevant field, and experience in recruitment where you have independently managed recruitment processes from start to finish. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with security clearance interviews Experience with the Workday recruitment system Experience with occupational psychology assessments and candidate evaluation Certification in Aon Assessment or equivalent Experience with search and working with passive candidates As a person, you are communicative, relationship-focused, and thrive in close collaboration with managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented approach, while also having a strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
