Do you want to work with digitalization and AI solutions that drive HR development? We are currently looking for an HR partner with a tech focus who wants to be part of our team. We are changing and improving how we work. As HR Tech, you will be an important part of this transformation and will have the opportunity, together with colleagues, to shape the direction of the role. You work digitally, close to experts, and are involved from identifying needs to implementing solutions in everyday work. You do this by being the bridge between HR, digitalization, and business operations. By developing and implementing various solutions, you will also contribute to more unified, structured, and resource-efficient HR work. This could include: Digital HR processes and ways of working AI and agent-based support in practice (decision support, self-service, and automation) System support that strengthens quality, accessibility, and follow-up in HR You will be central to driving the development and coordination of our HR systems and digital solutions. You are involved from need and idea to implementation and use in everyday work. Working closely with IT and other functions is natural for you to ensure that solutions meet business needs and create value – today and tomorrow. You will also have company-wide responsibility for our LMS (Learning Management System). Areas of ResponsibilityAs HR Tech, you will lead and coordinate development and change initiatives – from need to implemented and used solution. You are also responsible for driving the digitalization of HR processes that reduce manual work and increase our quality. In this role, you simultaneously contribute to structure, standardization, and clear ways of working within HR. Does This Sound Like You?You are engaged and, together with colleagues, you make things happen. You have a structured and analytical approach and a good ability to see the bigger picture. You are comfortable in dialogue with both managers and employees and can, in a pedagogical way, translate ideas into solutions that create value in everyday work. We see that you have: Higher education in HR or other education/experience that we consider equivalent Experience from an operations-focused HR role with good understanding of HR processes Experience working with digitalization, automation, or AI/agent solutions in practice Good technical understanding and preferably experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar tools Experience driving change work related to processes, systems, or new ways of working Experience with system management or operations-focused system support Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Want to Know More?If you are interested in the position and want more information, please contact recruiting manager Henrik Valeskog, 013-20 92 22.
