The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PLM Project Manager to lead Business Implementation Projects and studies within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Transformation Program. This role is critical in driving project execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and PLM capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of PLM systems, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes for HVDC organization. Your background Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or Business. Proven experience in project management, preferably in PLM-related projects. Strong understanding of PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill) and related processes. Proficient in business analysis techniques and stakeholder management. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Fluent communication in English language. Swedish language proficiency is a plus.
