As a Site Manager, you are the hub of the project. You lead daily production, create structure and engagement in the team, and ensure that the project delivers with high quality, good profitability, and a safe work environment.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Lead the entire production – from planning and startup to execution and completion.
Take responsibility for the project's finances, budget, forecasts, and profitability.
Be a clear leader for the project team and develop, coach, and motivate your employees.
Take responsibility for work environment, risk management, and safety, including BAS-P/BAS-U.
Build strong and long-term relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increased sales and continued development.
Ensure that the project maintains a high standard in quality, environment, and work environment.
Be an important culture bearer who translates Byggmäster's vision, values, and goals into reality in the projects.

Your knowledge of construction law and legal requirements is good, and you speak and write Swedish fluently. Since we work in Västerås and surrounding areas, the role requires that you have a valid driver's license.

About Byggmäster
Bygmäster i Mälardalen AB is a construction and project development company that operates throughout the entire value chain. We develop and build residential properties, offices, industrial facilities, and public buildings and installations, and we always strive for business based on good relationships with our customers and entering at an early stage. Our operations are divided into the business areas New Construction and Building Services. We currently employ around 60 people, of which around 45 are our own carpenters.
