Are you a confident and engaged leader who enjoys working closely with both people and operations? We are now looking for a Personnel and Quality Manager for our office in Västerås at 80%. About the Position You will have a central role in our daily operations and work closely with our Site Manager. The Site Manager holds overall responsibility for the office with a focus on sales, customer relations, and onboarding new customers. Your main responsibilities will be personnel, planning, quality, and ongoing operations. You will, among other things: - Have daily responsibility for personnel matters. - Plan staffing and schedules. - Introduce and follow up with new employees. - Identify recruitment needs together with the Site Manager. - Conduct quality inspections and follow up on deficiencies. - Plan and document activities according to our annual schedule. - Receive bookings and maintain contact with customers. - Manage materials, equipment, and office vehicles. - When needed, participate in practical work at customer sites. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is organized, clear, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your leadership, have a talent for collaboration, and enjoy building good relationships with both employees and customers. We would like to see that you: - Have experience in team leadership or personnel responsibility. - Are experienced in planning and prioritizing. - Can work independently and make decisions. - Have good computer skills. - Have a valid driver's license (Category B). Experience from the cleaning or service industry is a merit, but greatest weight is placed on your personal qualities.
