Content Creator for Swedbank Content Studio
Can you take one of Sweden's strongest brands and make it impossible to scroll past? We're building an in-house Content Studio for one of Sweden's most recognized brands — high pace, high creative ambition, and a short path from idea to published. We create content that delivers real impact directly in the feed. Not polished for its own sake, but content that stops the thumb, engages, and converts. This role is at the heart of the shift, and we're looking for someone who already knows what works in the feed before the algorithm confirms it for you, who cuts by instinct and understands that timing is everything. And with us, it reaches millions of people every day. At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to: • Reach millions of people every day through some of Sweden's most visited digital platforms and channels. • Shape how one of Sweden's strongest brands communicates going forward — from the ground up. You're not stepping in as the fifth person in an already established machine. • Build content from idea to delivery, solo and together with a tight creative team. • Produce video, storytelling, and formats that actually work on social and digital channels. • Capture trends, behaviors, and cultural expressions and turn them into content that feels now. • Work closely with our motion designer, copywriters, and marketing team in an environment where good ideas quickly become reality. • Combine creative excellence with enormous reach and real impact — something few others can offer. For this role, you need to: • Have grown up on social channels — TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat — with a clear Creator DNA. You feel when something is good before you know why. • Have 3–5 years of experience in content production from an advertising agency, in-house agency, or similar creative environment where high pace and high quality coexist. • A portfolio that proves you drive reach, engagement, and feeling — not just produce. For us, your portfolio and the impact you've created matter, not which school you attended or what title you held. • Be a creative strategist who thinks in formats, target audiences, and flows as naturally as you edit a video — idea and execution live in the same head. • Be really sharp at video editing and storytelling — you build a feeling with cuts, rhythm, and tonality, not just master the tools. • Be natural and credible in front of the camera with a presence that actually works in the feed — you film, direct, and deliver independently. • You don't need to be convinced that a bank can be creative — you see the possibility immediately. Compliance and processes aren't a brake but a creative parameter: compliant without being cautious, you test the boundaries but know exactly where the line is. • Structure at the foundation — ten balls in the air without any dropping. You get energy from the high pace, are comfortable in chaos, but always sharp in delivery. • You don't wait for problems to be assigned — you see them and solve them, and drive the work forward even when the brief is half-finished. You seek ownership and deliver accordingly. You leave prestige at the door — it's not a wish, it's a requirement. With us, you can experience: Personal and professional development through self-leadership and continuous growth. Meaningful work that positively impacts our workplace, our customers, and society. An open and collaborative culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and offers networking opportunities. A supportive and inclusive environment that promotes a balanced and sustainable work-life situation, with flexible working arrangements when it suits the role. Benefits such as our employee banking products offering, pension plan, share-based rewards program Eken, and wellness contributions. "Join our team and... …build something from the ground up in a creative environment where you really make your mark. We have the brand, the reach, and the ambitions – now I'm looking for you to make it impossible to scroll past. Does this sound like you? Then I want us to talk. I look forward to building this together with you." Magnus Fingal, your future manager We look forward to your application by 2026-08-16. Location: Sundbyberg Recruiting Manager: Magnus Fingal In this recruitment, Swedbank collaborates with Bohmans Nätverk, which is also responsible for the selection process.
