Child Supervisor/Staff Member needed for Teater Bristol's touring Christmas productions. Tours depart from Stockholm or Malmö. Work involves weekends from November 21 through December 20, 2026. For certain performance weekends, departure is scheduled for Friday and overnight stays may be necessary. Job Responsibilities: As child supervisor, you will be an important part of caring for children in the ensemble. You are responsible for supporting the children in their roles and ensuring a safe, secure, and well-functioning environment during work. The role also involves driving children by car to various performance venues, arranging meals, assisting with set construction and transport, and serving as a contact person for the children's guardians. We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, social, and enjoys working with children in a performing arts environment. Experience with touring theater productions is a plus. Theater Technician
Theater Technician needed for Teater Bristol's touring Christmas productions. Tours depart from Stockholm or Malmö. Work is scheduled for weekends from November 21 through December 20, 2026. Before certain performance weekends, departure is scheduled for Friday and overnight accommodation may be necessary. Job Responsibilities: Working alongside adult actors to load, unload, build, and strike scenography. Handle sound and lighting technology during performances and take turns driving the truck (B driving license is sufficient). About the Position As a researcher and project communicator in Be Prepared!, you will work together with the project manager. You will contribute to developing knowledge, methods, and educational initiatives that strengthen participation, security, and agency among people with disabilities within emergency preparedness and civil defense. You are responsible for both external and internal communication related to the project. The work is carried out in close collaboration with people with disabilities, Funktionsrätt Sverige's member organizations, government agencies, and other actors, and includes both independent work and collaboration within the project group. Main Responsibilities As a researcher/project communicator, you will, among other things: · conduct surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other investigations · collect, analyze, and document knowledge and experiences · write reports, knowledge materials, and methodology documents · contribute to the development of training and learning materials · make results and materials accessible in an attractive way for different target groups and in different formats · plan and document meetings, workshops, and other activities · collaborate with member organizations, government agencies, and other actors · ensure the project's visibility continuously, and contribute to follow-up and dissemination of results Qualifications · Relevant academic education or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. · Experience with research, analysis, or development work. · Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. · Experience with communications work, for example planning, producing, and tailoring content for different channels. · Good knowledge of disability rights and accessibility issues. · Ability to plan, organize, and drive work forward.
