Apply for the job and taste it yourself! The Role We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with solid experience in project management within government and municipal operations. The ideal candidate has a documented track record of successfully leading and completing projects in the public sector. You will be the key person in leading and implementing IT initiatives to support our government and municipal partners. As a project manager, you will have a central role in the various phases of projects. Through your leadership, you will plan and drive projects forward while ensuring delivery of the highest quality, on schedule and within budget. You are responsible for leading the development of goals and strategies, ensuring progress toward the desired vision, and supporting key stakeholders in change initiatives. As the main contact for project stakeholders, including government agencies and partners, you will contribute to the journey of digitalizing our society. Experience We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in and understanding of IT and technology. You are skilled at finding creative solutions to get things done efficiently. Taking ownership, having structure, and being effective in your work are obvious to you. Furthermore, you motivate your team by being a communicative, pedagogical, and unpretentious leader who spreads positive energy. At least 9 years of experience in the role of IT Project Manager Preferably at least 5 years of experience working in the public sector Current documented experience independently managing larger IT projects Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English University degree or other relevant education.
