About the assignment In your role as project manager, you will work at one of our customers in Stockholm and work with exciting and complex projects. The assignment involves responsibility for BEST contracting within a tram project. The work includes, among other things, track installation with vibration damping measures, fine planning within the track area, and overhead line work including poles and fastening systems in bridge structures. The role also includes work related to electrical installations, remote control, grounding, and signal and telecommunications installations. Your work tasks will also include: Responsibility for planning, management and monitoring of production within the sub-project. Lead and coordinate contractors and conduct construction and financial meetings. Follow up on time, budget, quality and change management, and ensure reporting and actions for deviations. Collaborate with project managers, production managers, contractors, municipalities and other stakeholders in the project. Coordinate interfaces between different contractors and operations to ensure progress and commissioning. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable requirements for safety, environment, working environment and technical guidelines. Participate in inspections and contribute to handover to operations organization. Who are you? To succeed in the role, we believe you have a good understanding of construction work related to railways and experience working in large and complex infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and drives your work forward. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different parties in complex project environments. At the same time, you are structured and thorough in your work. Further, you need to have: Relevant and completed university or vocational college education Multiple years of experience from the construction and civil engineering industry, including several years in leading roles with responsibility for contracts and agreements. Experience from large and complex infrastructure projects with high project budgets. Experience working on the client side within public operations, such as municipal, regional or state organization. Experience as a project manager, sub-project manager or project engineer within railway or tram projects.
