Key Responsibilities English proficiency in daily communication and exchange — Conduct daily communication and coordination with international clients and partners in English. — Ensure smooth information exchange across project stakeholders. Master professional knowledge and tools in project management, and manage delivery of non-standard equipment projects — Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) to manage project schedules, risks, and resources. — Oversee the full project lifecycle for customized/non-standard equipment delivery. Develop and implement project plans, control progress, and communicate with clients — Prepare detailed project implementation plans and timelines; — Monitor project milestones and deliverables; — Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding progress, changes, and risks. Develop on-site installation and debugging plans, track and handle issues, and conduct acceptance and handover work — Organize on-site installation, commissioning, and system testing; — Manage issue tracking and troubleshooting during installation and debugging; — Coordinate project acceptance and final handover to the client. Track and handle project issues, coordinate resources from all parties to solve problems encountered in the project — Identify project risks and issues in a timely manner; — Coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical and management challenges; — Ensure that problems are effectively closed and documented. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in equipment manufacturing or industrial automation; Familiar with non-standard equipment project processes, from design to delivery; Proficient in English & Chinese (both spoken and written); Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
