With us, you'll get a flexible and independent role focused on home healthcare. About the Role You will work with varied and stimulating assignments within home healthcare. Assignments are always open-ended, which provides continuity for you, the client, and the patient. The role includes assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation based on each individual's needs, across different types of assignments and contexts. You plan your own workdays, schedule your patient visits, and are responsible for your own structure. Responsibilities Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients Rehabilitative interventions within home healthcare End-to-end responsibility for the patient process – from initial contact to follow-up Collaboration with other professionals such as physical therapists and nurses Documentation according to current guidelines Actively contribute to the development of operations and work methods We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed occupational therapist Holds a Category B driver's license Enjoys working independently and in a structured manner Has strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Has a professional and patient-focused approach Meritorious qualifications include experience in home healthcare, preferably in municipal or primary care settings, as well as experience with teamwork.
