As a traveling technician, you will work on-site with our pleasant customers installing and servicing burglary alarms, access control systems, and camera surveillance. You'll travel around visiting our customers and meet many people. In this role, we offer a company car. This position involves frequent overnight stays at hotels, Monday through Friday. You depart Monday morning and return home in time for the weekend on Friday. On many projects, you'll work with colleagues from our different regions or together with our partners. Your assignments come from our Retail & National Accounts division, which is based in Stockholm. Assignments are created there and you'll receive them directly from the sales organization. This requires you to be self-directed and able to act as your own project leader. We place great emphasis on organization and order, your ability to plan your day, and clear reporting. Our customers are technically complex with high security requirements. Many are governed by security protection agreements and are part of critical infrastructure sectors. You'll be part of the expert team that, together with the Retail & National Accounts team, ensures that our customers' solutions are consistent and meet applicable customer requirements, standards, and regulations. Where? You'll primarily be traveling, so where you live matters less. Ideally, you'd be located near Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Linköping where SafeTeam operates. You'll be part of and work closely with our Retail & National Accounts organization, which is based in Stockholm. Our customers are located throughout the country. What qualifications do you have? To qualify for this position, we want you to have: experience as an installer/technician in the security industry or similar fields. The most important thing is installation experience and project work experience, both in teams and independently. B-class driver's license the ability to provide outstanding service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is at the heart of our corporate culture. It is advantageous if you have experience installing, servicing, and/or commissioning access control systems, burglary alarms, and camera surveillance. You have good computer skills and knowledge of one or more common manufacturers, such as Aptus, Axema, RCO, Assa, Bewator, ARX, SPC, Galaxy, Teletec Premier, Power, or NEO. Experience with system design and leading installation work is also advantageous but not required. Many of the customers you'll meet have complex integrated systems, so experience with this is advantageous. But most importantly, you must have the willingness to learn. Some customers are governed by security protection agreements, which means we place extra emphasis on legal compliance and sound personal finances in this recruitment. Are we a good fit?
