We are specialists in financial management for housing cooperatives, joint property associations, and property owners. With digital tools and personal service, we make it easier for boards to stay on top of finances, make the right decisions, and plan for the long term. We are approximately 80 employees and have offices in both Östersund and Uppsala. Our customers are located throughout Sweden and number approximately 1,300, with the majority being housing cooperatives. Accounting Assistant to the Accounting Department We are now seeking two accounting assistants who have a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting and who also have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities You will work with accounting and be part of a team of 13 people who handle accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, payroll/compensation, customer contact, supplier contact, banks, and more. Although we often work as a team and help each other with tasks, you are expected to be able to work independently as you will have your own customer responsibility and be a contact person for housing cooperative boards. You will have good opportunities to influence the business and contribute with suggestions for improvements and developments. We always work proactively and closely with our customers. Everyone in the group is expected to participate in the continuous development of our processes, routines, and system support. Qualifications It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with accounting, are a confident user of the Office package, and have experience working with various digital solutions. You actively work with systematic quality improvement and drive development together with colleagues and the principal. The role also includes mentoring and developing colleagues' competence in outdoor education, learning environments, and risky play. During your working hours, there will be scheduled shifts where both opening and closing of the preschool may occur. Who are you? We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher with education in outdoor education, NTA, or equivalent that is assessed as equivalent. If you have mentor training for VFU, there is an opportunity to mentor students. You have good pedagogical insight and experience in conducting and developing teaching with a clear focus on outdoor education and nature-based learning. You have experience with outdoor recreation and/or nature guiding and in using nature and urban environments as learning environments to create varied, changing, and accessible outdoor environments that stimulate play, exploration, and learning. Furthermore, you have an understanding of child development, including the importance of positive risk-taking, and you have digital competence and understanding of outdoor didactics and how it can be linked to the curriculum's goals.
