About the Position The Acute Care Unit (AVA) is in an exciting development phase with a clear mandate in highly specialized acute care. We care for patients with acute deterioration of vital functions or unclear conditions requiring investigation, stabilization, monitoring, and treatment. During day and evening shifts, a charge nurse leads daily operations and is also present during daytime on weekends.
