As an ELSA nurse, you are employed on a permanent basis, but you work in different departments to broaden your competence. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before moving on. Changes in placement occur on March 1 and September 1. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing during your time there; you are not in addition to regular staff. As an ELSA nurse, the work is varied and suits you if you are curious and enjoy trying new things! The role is suitable for you as a newly graduated nurse who has not yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for you as an experienced nurse who wants to expand your competence or try something new for a period. Your Future Workplace Höglandssjukhuset is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköpings län. The catchment area has approximately 110,000 residents. You do not need to have your license to apply for the position, but you must obtain it before you start your employment with us. As a person, you understand the importance of good conduct and you take responsibility for your tasks. As an ELSA nurse, you are someone who easily adapts to changing circumstances and enjoys varied work tasks. You have good collaboration skills, are proactive, and take responsibility for both your own work tasks and the bigger picture. You are good at working independently and easily prioritize your work tasks efficiently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
