As an ELSA nurse, you have a permanent position, but you work in different departments to broaden your competence. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before moving. Placement changes occur on March 1 and September 1. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing while you are there—you are not in addition to regular personnel. As an ELSA nurse, your work is varied and suits you if you are curious and like to try new things! The role is suitable for newly graduated nurses who have not yet decided which area they want to work in, as well as for experienced nurses who want to expand their competence or try something new for a period. Your Future Workplace Höglandssjukhuset is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköpings län. The catchment area has approximately 110,000 residents. You do not need to have your license to apply for the position, but you must have obtained it before starting your employment with us. As a person, you understand the importance of treating people well and you take responsibility for your tasks. As an ELSA nurse, you are someone who adapts easily to changed circumstances and enjoys varied work tasks. You have good collaboration skills, are proactive, and take responsibility for both your own tasks and the bigger picture. You are good at working independently and have an easy time prioritizing your tasks efficiently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
