As an ELSA nurse, you have a permanent position, but you work in different departments to broaden your expertise. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before moving. Placements change on March 1st and September 1st. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing during your time there—you are not additional to regular personnel. As an ELSA nurse, your work is varied and suits you if you're curious and enjoy trying new things! The role is perfect for you if you're a newly graduated registered nurse who hasn't yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for you experienced nurses who want to expand your expertise or try something new for a period. Your Future Workplace Höglandssjukhuset is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköpings län. The catchment area has approximately 110,000 residents. You don't need your license to apply for the position, but you must obtain it before starting your employment with us. As a person, you understand the importance of good patient care and you take responsibility for your tasks. As an ELSA nurse, you are someone who adapts easily to changing circumstances and enjoys varied work tasks. You have strong collaboration skills, are proactive, and take responsibility for both your own tasks and the bigger picture. You work well independently and prioritize your tasks effectively.
