Tryggheten is a small family-oriented special housing facility with 31 apartments on one floor. The apartments are distributed across two units with a focus on somatic care. Tryggheten is located in Bergshamra, Solna, close to buses and within walking distance of Bergshamra subway station. In the surroundings of the residence, there are lovely walking paths and green areas. Who are you? You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy guiding staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care together with your colleagues in the best possible way. Your role includes dialogue with next of kin and communicating changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other internal and external contacts to ensure quality care. Job Description We are now looking for a colleague for a night shift position. Employment level is 66.3% and the position is a permanent employment with a probationary period. Start date is by agreement. Licensed Nurse Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Meritorious We would like to see that you have previous experience in elderly care. To thrive in this position, you are engaged and care about your fellow people while being good at creating positive relationships and service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
