Together with your colleagues in the Security Team, you investigate and follow up on interventions as needed. The Security Team will work together with our families to enable children and young people to remain at home or to return home or to the network as soon as possible after placement. Some working time outside regular office hours may occur. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work (socionom). You should have experience in authority exercise within social child and youth care, and it is highly desirable that you have training in and have worked according to Signs of Safety. You should have good interpersonal skills and a professional work approach. You are organized, can plan and take responsibility for your work tasks. You have very good documentation habits and communication skills, both written and verbal. Case Handler for the Public Guardian Unit
Do you want to work with supervision and investigations? About the Operation The Public Guardian Board is a municipal supervisory authority. The main task is to exercise supervision over the work of guardians and representatives. The responsibility area also includes investigating and handling cases according to the Parentage and Guardianship Act. The Public Guardian Unit, which is part of the City Management Office, is located in central Borås with proximity to both buses and lunch restaurants.
