Description:

Do you want to help create pathways to work and financial independence? Återbruk is in the middle of a development journey. New needs, new conditions, and increased expectations mean we need to continue developing how we work with job training and work capacity - and we'd love to have you on board. In our Entry Services, the assignment is not just about job training, but about creating real opportunities for people to move toward work, studies, and proper financial support. We believe in people's ability to develop when the right support, the right approach, and the right conditions are in place. We develop our methods based on current research in the job training field, with a focus on quality, individual adaptation, and what actually makes a difference for participants' continued progress. We constantly ask ourselves: does this bring the person closer to the next step? If the answer is no, we need to think differently. We believe in collaboration, participation, and professional judgment. That's why we're building an operation where different competencies meet, where experience is put to use, and where development is a natural part of everyday life, not a side project. About the Operations You'll become part of the Entry Services at Återbruk, an operation that works to help more people move toward financial independence through job training and rehabilitation initiatives. With us, mentors work together with team leaders, occupational therapists, social workers, coordinators, and a unit manager. Together we create a work environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and develop the operation jointly. You'll have good conditions to do quality work through clear structure, close collaboration, and a strong focus on the mission. Job Responsibilities As a mentor, you have a central role in supporting participants in their development toward work and studies. You work closely with people who are far from the job market and need both practical and educational support. You're responsible for job training based on individual implementation plans that are followed up and developed continuously together with the participant. Your work is about creating direction, motivation, and progression. In the role, you work closely with participants through observation, follow-up, and assessment of work capacity. You contribute important information in work capacity assessments and have an important function in identifying development and needs. Together with our multi-competent team, you follow up on participants' progression, goal achievement, and continued planning to create individually tailored interventions that make a real difference. Qualifications We believe you're someone who wants to develop, not just maintain. You see opportunities in change and are motivated by working in an operation that is constantly evolving. You have at least upper secondary education and a class B driver's license. Experience working with this target group is a merit. We'd like to see that you have experience leading or mentoring others, for example through supervisory roles, leadership training, or other contexts where you've had a supportive, coaching, or developmental role in work or studies. To succeed in the role, you need to be organized, take initiative, and have a good ability to observe and follow up on development. You easily build trusting relationships and collaborate well with both participants and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone with a professional approach, commitment, and a strong belief in people's capacity for development. Welcome to apply.
