Additional Information Read more about Borås Municipality as an employer About the Operation Daltorpskolan 7-9 is located in the southwestern part of Borås, a ten-minute walk from the city center. The school is modern and consists of different buildings. The main building is beautiful and in a traditional grand style. The school has approximately 400 students, and many of them have a background other than Swedish. At the school, we work goal-oriented and leadership and approach are built on good relationships. We learn from each other and solve challenges together. The school has student wellbeing services, a library, study and career counselor, and school management to support the work. You report to the operations manager and work closely with other managers and principals as well as operations developers within the Primary Education Department. At the school, you have an assistant principal and school administrator reporting to you. You also have access to qualified support at the department level in areas such as finance and HR. Qualifications The position requires that you have pedagogical higher education, teacher certification, and experience as a teacher. We would appreciate that you have completed principal training and have experience leading change processes through trust-based management. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for the whole, sees the parts, and can steer toward goals. We want leadership focused on goals and quality in operations and that systematically develops different parts of the operation both short-term and long-term.
