About the Operation The Child and Family Center consists of two units with social secretaries, senior social secretaries, and unit managers. The operation is organized into five smaller investigation teams and a Security Team, working according to Signs of Safety. We are now seeking two engaged colleagues for our Security Team. Our focus is on making children and young people even more involved in their contact with us. The operation also has a strong focus on developing according to the Social Services Act. In addition to regular case supervision with management, you will also receive external supervision. Work Tasks The Security Team works with families with children and young people aged 0-17 years who need extensive support. In the Security Team, security planning is done according to Signs of Safety, which is a comprehensive and long-term intervention. Security planning is done in close cooperation with the family, their network, and concerned colleagues within the operation. Together with your colleagues in the Security Team, you investigate and follow up on interventions as needed. The Security Team will work together with our families to enable children and young people to remain at home or to return home or to the network as soon as possible after placement. Some working time outside regular office hours may occur. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work (socionom). You should have experience in authority exercise within social child and youth care, and it is highly desirable that you have training in and have worked according to Signs of Safety. You should have good interpersonal skills and a professional work approach. You are organized, can plan and take responsibility for your work tasks. You have very good documentation habits and communication skills, both written and verbal. We also see that you have commitment and flexibility to develop the operation and be able to support colleagues in the implementation of Signs of Safety. It is important that you enjoy working closely in a small team. A B-category driver's license is a requirement.
