About the Operation We are now seeking engaged colleagues to our Child and Family Center, which consists of two units with social secretaries, senior social secretaries, and unit managers. We are organized into five smaller investigation teams and a Security Team. According to the Borås Model, we work with structured case distribution on a rotating schedule and regular team meetings. Team meetings offer you close collegial support, security, and a sense of group belonging. Job Responsibilities We work with children and young people ages 0-17 and their guardians. As a social secretary with us, you will mainly investigate, make decisions, and follow up on granted measures. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, and it is meritorious if you have previous experience in public authority work within child and youth welfare and Signs of Safety. You should have good communication skills and a professional work approach. You are organized, can plan, and take responsibility for your tasks. You have very good documentation habits and skills in verbal communication. We also see that you have the commitment and flexibility to develop the operation and create consensus for the assignment. You enjoy collaborating and cooperating both internally and externally. A Class B driver's license is required.
