EU citizenship or permanent residency/work authorization in an EU country. Experience in hospitality, hostels or hotels is a plus, as is education within hospitality or service. You do not need extensive hospitality or management experience to be considered. If you have strong cleaning experience, the right attitude and are willing to learn, we are happy to train you in the other parts of the role. The role As Cleaning Supervisor, you will both work hands-on with cleaning and supervise a small team. Your responsibilities include: Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Supervising and coordinating the cleaning team. Checking rooms and common areas to ensure our cleanliness standards are maintained. Planning and distributing daily cleaning tasks. Keeping track of cleaning supplies, linen and other necessities. Helping with hostel reception and guest-related tasks when needed. Reporting maintenance issues and helping solve practical day-to-day problems. Communicating with the hostel management, online reception and remote team. The position is approximately 40–50 hours per week, working in shifts during the hostel's operating hours, with 1–2 days off per week. You will have flexibility to organize your schedule according to the needs of the property. About us We are a growing hospitality company currently operating three hostels in central Stockholm.
