Linux/Deployment Engineer

Do you want to be part of deploying a new technical product at one of Sweden's largest telecom operators? We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a Linux environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to work closely with both development and the customer in a small, entrepreneurial team. Here you'll have a central role in a technically advanced environment with large data volumes and high demands for performance and stability. Your Tasks In this role, you'll be an important part of the team working to deploy, test, and further develop the product in the customer's environment. You'll work closely with developers and the customer's technical organization, and you'll have the opportunity to influence both technical solutions and working methods. Your main tasks will include: * Assist with deployment and launch of the product at the customer * Work with Linux, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Conduct system testing and verify functionality, stability, and availability * Work with performance analysis and optimization, and identify bottlenecks * Set up, develop, and improve monitoring, including work related to Logstash * Develop routines and working methods for testing, operations, and monitoring You'll be working in a modern and distributed data platform that includes Linux, Logstash, Kafka, and Apache Doris. You'll collaborate closely with the development team to identify and solve technical problems. Your Profile We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who enjoys understanding how systems work in depth. You're analytical, solution-oriented, and independent, and you thrive best in an environment where you can take responsibility and find your own way forward. Perhaps you're a recent graduate who has worked extensively with Linux both privately and as part of your studies? We'd like to see experience in several of the following areas: Linux Deployment and configuration System testing Performance analysis and optimization Monitoring and oversight Logstash Kafka, preferably in a production environment Apache Doris You don't need to know everything from the start. For us, your technical curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to immerse yourself in new technical environments are just as important. As a person, you're unpretentious, communicative, and responsible. You appreciate working together with others but are also comfortable driving issues forward on your own.
