Ostbutiken Odengatan is a 100-year-old delicatessen specialized in handmade food. We serve our customers over the counter in the shop, with catering and our restaurant and private dining room at the highest level. We are now looking for a chef with solid broad knowledge who can help run the kitchen today and be part of developing us forward. First and foremost, we need someone who is skilled at producing and prepping. Both with high and consistent quality, at a fast pace, but also to develop us and our products. You have at least 8 years of experience behind you, ideally with some experience from different operations, both à la carte, catering and small-scale production, but without having become tired and bitter. Since your own performance is what creates our profitability, there is good pay with flexible working hours for the right person. We can offer a 4-day week.
