Your tasks In your role as order taker/customer service representative for our client Spendrups, you will answer incoming calls from business customers regarding order handling, orders, and campaign information, among other things. The role will also include outbound sales calls, where you'll have the opportunity to develop both administratively and within service and sales. Customers are primarily in the restaurant industry. Your profile We are primarily looking for someone who is a student, or alternatively someone with other main employment who wants to work extra. As a student, you are considered to be admitted and enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. An enrollment certificate is required for potential employment. We're looking for you who is a good communicator and loves providing efficient and excellent service. As a person, you are a team player with a very good ability to collaborate and communicate with others. We would prefer if you have: * Worked in customer service and are service-oriented with good experience handling contact via phone and email. * Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. * Good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite. * Preferably experience from; Retail, Restaurants, or working with Systembolaget.
