Our goal is for our tenants, based on their circumstances, to be able to live an independent life with high participation, meaningful activities, and rich social interaction. The work consists of varied tasks involving both educational and practical support in daily life such as personal care, documentation, and working according to implementation plans. As a support assistant, you will provide support in all aspects of the tenant's daily life. This includes, for example, cleaning, hygiene, mobility assistance, communication, and most importantly, supporting the tenant in a secure everyday life. In consultation with a support pedagogue, you will develop methods that lead to independence, influence, and self-determination for tenants. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree from the Care and Social Services Program, support assistant training, or the Children and Leisure Program with a focus on social or educational work.
