Operations Support Staff for Group Housing, Support and Care

We are now seeking a support assistant for pool services within support and care who wants to make a difference in people's daily lives. We look forward to your application! WORK DUTIES The work includes providing support and assistance to people with disabilities in their daily lives, with the goal of creating security, participation, and opportunities for personal development. You will become part of the work team and follow the established routines and guidelines. In your role, you will work across four to five facilities with similar focus. You will primarily work within group housing. Your assignment will be to replace regular staff during absences. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night shifts, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. Previous experience working with the target group within LSS or experience in psychiatry and care can be advantageous. Experience with low-affective interaction is also advantageous. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Group housing is a residential form for people with extensive supervision and care needs where continuous staff presence is necessary.
