We are looking for you with qualifications in Swedish and/or Swedish as a Second Language (SAS), preferably in combination with one or more additional subjects. Teacher certification is a requirement for this position. We are open to different subject combinations and would be pleased if you have broad qualifications for grades 5–9. If you additionally have training as a specialist teacher or special education specialist, this is strongly advantageous. We are looking for you who - are a certified teacher - have qualifications to teach Swedish and/or Swedish as a Second Language (SAS) for relevant grade levels - preferably have qualifications in one or more additional subjects - have strong ability to adapt instruction according to students' different knowledge levels and needs - are confident, clear, and relationship-building in your pedagogical leadership - can create structure and predictability while being flexible - have understanding of NPF (neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders) and how various functional limitations can affect learning, attendance, and school situation - can collaborate closely with colleagues, student health services, mentors, and school leadership. Therefore, it is important that you as an assistant are humble, attentive, and have a strong work ethic. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. As an assistant, you will help the client with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, transfers to/from mobility aids, leisure activities, etc. We would appreciate it if you: Have a genuine interest in helping others.
