About the role of Operations Director As Operations Director at Forenede Care, you have overall responsibility for the operations' employees, finances, quality, and development. The role includes close collaboration with important stakeholders such as customers, relatives, municipalities, and authorities. You will also receive support from our support functions within finance, care and quality, market, business development, HR, and more. You report to the Regional Manager and are an active part of the region's management group, where you contribute to both direction and development for the entire region. As Operations Director, you should have the following qualifications and experience The operations are licensed and require that you have relevant higher education as you will be listed on the license for the operations with IVO. To be considered for the position, you will need to be approved by IVO. We are looking for: Higher education and/or university degree, e.g., nurse, social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent. Leadership training and more than 2-3 years of documented experience successfully leading employees and teams within elderly care. Experience with change management work within elderly care. Current experience working with social services legislation. Economic knowledge and understanding of budget responsibility with associated follow-up work. Good knowledge and experience working with and reporting in various support systems, e.g., journal, planning, and payroll systems. If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates for the above education. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened excerpt from the police criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
