On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now seeking engaged and customer-focused bus drivers for permanent full-time positions. The client is an established player in public transportation and works daily to create safe, sustainable, and well-functioning journeys for a large number of passengers. As a bus driver, you will become an important part of daily public transportation and play a central role in interactions with passengers. You are the client's face to the public and contribute through your conduct, driving, and sense of responsibility to a positive travel experience. Job Description As a bus driver, you are responsible for operating buses on scheduled routes according to timetables and established procedures. You are responsible for passenger safety and comfort and for conducting traffic in a safe, professional, and customer-focused manner. The role includes, among other things: Operate buses in public transportation in a safe and responsible manner Provide good service and information to passengers Handle traffic disruptions and irregularities in a calm and professional manner Collaborate with traffic management and colleagues Inspect the vehicle and report any faults, damage, or irregularities Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment The job suits you if you enjoy responsibility, working with people, and varying workdays. You need to be able to work independently, make sound decisions in traffic, and at the same time be responsive to both passengers and colleagues. We Are Looking For You If You have a valid driver's license with Category D authorization have valid YKB certification can communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing are reliable, responsible, and customer-focused have strong ability to handle stress and solve problems along the way are punctual, flexible, and have good collaborative skills are comfortable using digital systems and mobile-based tools at work It is a merit if you have previous experience with bus driving, scheduled routes, paratransit, service transportation, or other professional passenger transport. It is also a merit if you have good local knowledge of the Nacka and Stockholm area and if you speak multiple languages. Other Information This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be directly employed by the client. Working hours are scheduled and may vary based on traffic needs, which means work may occur during early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
