The Role:
We're seeking someone with previous experience in workplaces and departments handling specialty goods, checkout operations, and front-of-store areas. Your responsibilities will include creating store displays by season, color, and design, restocking merchandise, and keeping your department clean, fresh, and sales-focused.
Together with your team, you'll ensure that the specialty department in the store always drives sales. Both the store and specialty items are seasonal, meaning the department varies throughout the year depending on seasonal demand. In addition to specialty goods, you'll also have shifts at checkout and in the front-of-store. It's essential that all departments are consistently well-stocked to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience. You have a strong interest in following seasons and trends and are skilled at creating attractive displays. You'll be a vital part of creating an inspiring shopping experience, with special focus on our specialty goods.
You'll be responsible for product assortment, shelf life, profitability, campaign planning, ordering, and daily operations. You're also responsible for keeping shelves well-stocked and driving campaigns. As a team member, your main responsibility is ensuring the store is clean and attractive for our customers.

You're physically strong and capable of handling heavy lifting. We're looking for someone who sees a future in retail with great opportunities for development both in training and career advancement.
Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience with specialty goods, preferably at ICA, creating displays, sales areas, and checkout operations.
Previous experience in grocery retail.
Car and driver's license.
Employment Terms:
Approximately 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Some evenings may occur. The store is open 07:00-23:00 every day of the week.
Trial employment, start as soon as possible.
Monthly salary by agreement.
