We are now seeking an HR Partner in People Support for our HR Shared Services team in Lund with strong customer focus, good system skills, and an interest in developing HR processes in a larger international organization. About the Role The role is both varied and complex. You will work in a Nordic environment where you need to navigate between different countries' legislation, collective agreements, processes, and ways of working. At the same time, you will use multiple HR and case management systems and collaborate with many different stakeholders. For someone who thrives combining service, systems, and processes in a dynamic day, this role offers great opportunities to develop within HR. Your main responsibilities consist of: * First-line support for HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR colleagues in Scandinavia * Support and training in Workday * Development, improvement, and maintenance of HR processes You will become part of our People Support team with seven HR Partner colleagues while also being part of a larger HR Shared Services team of approximately 20 employees. The position is located at our headquarters in Lund where we work according to a hybrid model with office attendance three days per week. The role includes approximately 10-20 travel days per year, within Scandinavia. Your Background We are looking for someone with several years of experience from a similar role in HR Support, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services. You are accustomed to working in a service-oriented environment where you combine operational HR support with system and process-related tasks.
