About the Job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Malmö Katrinelund! In short, this role means you'll help our customers find good, sustainable food at great prices, while preparing yourself to take the next step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Position Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies. Start Date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement. Working Hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without the full personnel responsibility of a team lead. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan the activities of your team. Of course, you actively participate in daily store operations. You'll learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as team lead. This is a stepping stone for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You are part of store management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned at work and through training. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a great smile.
