Work hours vary within the timeframe of 07:00-19:00, which means a shift can be, for example, 07:00-16:00, 11:00-19:00, or 07:00-19:00 depending on operational needs. You work every other weekend. You will begin your employment at the workplace where you will receive an introduction over three weeks. After a period of service, you will be offered a place in the Swedish Correctional Service's basic training, which is mandatory and covers 8 weeks.
